It’s called the “Seabreacher X” and is capable of reaching speeds of 50 MPH on the surface of water and 25 underneath. No license is required and it’s unable to sink or go below 5 ft. Seems like a gimmick to me but if you interested and money isn’t an issue, bring $65k cash and grab yourself one
