Although I’m shifting the site’s primary focus to mobile technology, or technology in general; I’ll still be updating it with personal information every so often. Primarily due to the fact that the site is self-titled and was initially supposed to be a personal journal of sorts.
With that being said, I wanted to post some before and after shots of my first real estate investment property; a lot have been asking for comparison shots, and I’ve now had the time to get everything loaded onto my new MacBook Air to share with y’all. The property is currently up for sale, and priced at $129,900; I’m hoping it will sell within 6 weeks, with the work that was put into it, I have no doubt it’s the nicest in it’s price range.
Anyway, enough with talking, I’ll let the images speak for themselves. I wanted to finish the basement, but at the end of the day, we felt putting more money into the main floor would make a more appealing purchase to buyers seeing that’s where the majority of time would be spent.
